What Haaniam does

Haaniam helps customers discover and contact independent service providers and businesses. Haaniam is currently in a pilot phase in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and features may change.

Providers are independent

Providers and listed businesses are not Haaniam employees, agents or partners. Any agreement about price, scope, timing and quality is between you and the provider. Please agree on these before work begins.

Listings and accuracy

Business information comes from the businesses themselves or from their official websites, and may change. We check sources and show the date of our last check, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Please confirm important details directly with the business.

Providers must give accurate information and keep it up to date. Haaniam may edit, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, stale, duplicated, misleading or against the listing policy. Businesses can claim, correct or remove their profile at any time.

Verification badges

Badges describe specific checks Haaniam has done on the date shown. They are not a guarantee of service quality, safety, qualifications or outcome.

Sponsored placement

Rankings are not paid for. If paid or featured placements are offered in future, they will be clearly labelled as sponsored.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, abusive or unlawful content, impersonate others, scrape the site, or misuse contact details obtained through Haaniam.

Names, trademarks and content

Business names, brand names and trademarks shown on Haaniam belong to their owners and are used only to identify the business. Their appearance does not mean the owner endorses or is affiliated with Haaniam. The Haaniam name, logo and site design belong to Haaniam. Photos are licensed stock images used for illustration, see credits.

Links to other websites

Links to business websites and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haaniam is not liable for services provided by independent providers, or for losses arising from the use of listings or information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
